UNIX servers to those who prefer to have a lot of CGI programs (generally
Perls scripts) in their applications and those who wish to employ open source Joomla program.
Win2003 or Win2008 server hosting is great for users who wish to make use of
ASP, ASP.NET programming as well as MS Access, MySQL databases. It is highly recommended
for general purpose websites and users of Microsoft Frontpage.
In a nut shell, if your web site employs a lot of CGI (Perl) programs
and you have hosted in a UNIX server previously, we recommend hosting
in UNIX server. Otherwise, we would recommend Windows 2003 server
for you.
