         promotional price. The subsequent years will be subject to normal renewal fees.
    iv. Payment MUST reach us and cleared (if payment by cheque) before 31st March 2010. We encourage
         you to send in your payment early to avoid disappointment.
  3. Domain names that are expiring or has expired before 1 March 2010 are NOT eligible for this promotion.
  4. Proxy Fee S$60 will be applied per year for subscribers without Malaysia POC.
  5. .my DOMAIN REGISTRY, reserves the right to reject any registration and /or renewal of domain names without prior notices. The domain name registration and / or renewal shall be subject to the rules on choosing domain names, policies & procedures of .my DOMAIN REGISTRY, which includes the Agreement for Registration of Domain Names Agreement.   6. .my DOMAIN REGISTRY reserves the right to change, amend and/or withdraw this price promotion without the need to provide any prior notice.

Local Presence Required. Foreign registrants may appoint Exxelnet’s Local presence Registrant provider at a proxy fee of S$60 per year.
